About Sophie

How do we become more coherent human beings?

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation begins with self-awareness, honesty and a more conscious relationship with ourselves.

Through the Enneagram, transformational coaching and embodied practice, I help people better understand the patterns, emotional dynamics and unconscious strategies that shape how they live, relate and move through life.

I work particularly well with reflective and growth-oriented individuals seeking greater clarity, authenticity and alignment — both inwardly and outwardly.

Many of the people I work with sense that the way they have learned to live no longer fully reflects who they are. They may feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns, inner conflict, overthinking or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves, their relationships or the life they are living.

Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity, depth and honesty — not through judgement or self-rejection, but through greater understanding and conscious awareness.

The aim is not to become someone else.

It is to develop a more authentic relationship with who we already are beneath the conditioning, roles and strategies we have learned over time.

My Approach

My approach combines psychological insight, reflective inquiry and embodied practice.

I see transformation not as a quick fix or performance of self-improvement, but as a gradual process of becoming more aware of how we think, feel, relate and respond to life.

Real and lasting change rarely happens through intellectual understanding alone.

It occurs when insight becomes emotionally understood, consciously integrated and practically lived.

This is why my work focuses not only on knowledge, but on embodiment — creating greater alignment between what we know, feel and live.

At the heart of my work lies a deep interest in the human experience:

  • why we become who we become,
  • how unconscious patterns shape our lives,
  • and what allows us to live with greater presence, authenticity and inner coherence.

Background & Experience

My background bridges both analytical and contemplative disciplines.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law and have previously worked as an entrepreneur alongside many years of exploration within psychology, personal development, philosophy and embodied practice.

I am certified in:

  • Transformational NLP Coaching, Nordic Light Institute; Sigtuna, Sweden
  • AYTT Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Agama Yoga, Thailand
  • Enneagram Certified Trainer, Enneagram Center, Stockholm, Sweden

In addition to my professional training, my work has been deeply shaped by years of meditation, self-inquiry, yoga and the ongoing study of human behaviour, emotional patterns and transformation.

I am also a mother of three, and much of my understanding has emerged not only through education and professional work, but through lived experience itself — through relationships, responsibility, challenge, growth and the complexity of being human.

The Invitation

I do not believe that human beings need to become perfect in order to live meaningful lives.

But I do believe that greater self-awareness changes the way we live.

When we begin to understand our patterns more honestly, we gain the possibility to respond differently — to ourselves, to others and to life itself.

For many people, this work becomes the beginning of a more authentic, grounded and coherent way of living.
